3M™ 1000NF Water-Based Quick Set Adhesive features a faster set time than most one-component adhesives, achieving handling time in approximately one minute or less for a production run uninterrupted. The potential of this product in single-surface applications, along with the fast bond time, also allows you to increase productivity and use less product at the same time.

The high content of solids allows it to cover a larger surface than common solvent-based adhesives, helping to improve working environments and increase productivity. Consisting of 48% solids, 3M™ 1000NF water-based fast-setting adhesive provides up to three times the coverage of solvent-based adhesives, reducing inventory and disposal costs and requiring less frequent replacement .

The neutral formula allows uniform coverage and is transparent once dry, for appreciable aesthetic results. Adheres to many types of flexible foam and latex, fabrics, polyester fibers used as filler, canvas, wood, plywood, chipboard, and numerous plastic and metal surfaces.

It glues these surfaces and allows you to attach them to each other. This special adhesive is designed for industrial use, for example for making furniture, working with wood, fixing foams and producing particular vehicles.

The high level performance of the fast-setting adhesive based of water 1000NF 3M™ are due to the fact that it uses a patented 3M technology for the creation of pressure sensitive adhesives (PSA, Pressure Sensitive Adhesive).

Like PSA tapes, 3M 1000NF Water-Based Fast Setting Adhesive quickly becomes viscous to form immediate bonds. It also uses a patented cross-linking technology, which provides even greater stability over time. Depending on the materials being joined, the adhesive can reach handling time almost instantly, but remains repositionable while still wet.
