tesa® 4959 is a double-sided non-woven tape with yellow paper liner.

It is coated with an acrylic adhesive with high tack and good shear strength.

Tesa® 4959 tape is resistant to UV rays, moisture, chemicals and aging and is largely resistant to plasticizers.

The tape can withstand temperatures up to 200 ° C for short periods of time and up to 80 ° C for extended periods of time.

The mounting tape has a highly flexible backing which offers very good initial adhesion power and a balanced ratio of tear strength and adhesive strength.

tesa® 4959 is extremely resistant to aging and is specifically designed for joining flexible materials.
