Nitto TR-5325F is a 0.25 mm double-sided tape with a PET backing coated on both sides with a thermally conductive adhesive acrylic. The product is protected by monosiliconated paper liner. Typical applications are: Mounting of LED arrays on metallic profiles (eg LED TV) and insertion of components generating heat exchanges.
