tesa® 4651 is a robust high quality acrylic coated canvas tape. It is based on a 145 mesh rayon fabric backing and a natural rubber adhesive. The cloth tape is conformable and has excellent abrasion resistance, high tensile strength, as well as very high adhesiveness on many surfaces, including rough ones. The high tack and short residence time of the tape enable fast application and reliable adhesion already shortly after application. The tape is hand tearable and can be torn with precise straight edges longitudinally horizontally. tesa® 4651 offers extremely high abrasion resistance, water resistance and can withstand temperatures up to 130 ° C in the short term after which it can be removed without residue.
