3M™ Scotch-Weld™ DP8610NS Black is a highly flexible structural adhesive with elongation greater than 200%.

3M™ Scotch-Weld™ Flexible Adhesive DP8610NS is a two-component, low-odor, black, non-sagging acrylic adhesive.

This high elongation, good structural strength acrylic adhesive is ideal for bonding dissimilar materials, for thin panel applications where bond line marking is a problem, or for any other application where a flexible bond is needed.

Characteristics:

  • Mixing ratio 10:1
  • Minimizes marking at the bond line and shrinkage during curing to allow the use of thinner panels.
  • Reduces stresses caused by different coefficients of thermal expansion.
  • Classification as "non-flammable" and low odor formulation to improve the working environment.
  • Adheres to a variety of substrates, with minimal surface preparation, even on slightly oily surfaces.
  • Working time of 10 minutes, handling time of 18 minutes
